Class Breakdown
Muay Thai 101 (Learn the Art from the Ground Up)
New to Muay Thai? This class is where you build a true foundation—not just by doing the movements, but by understanding why they work. We break down stance, footwork, striking mechanics, and defensive principles in a detailed way, so you’re not just moving—you’re learning how to move with purpose. Expect lots of reps, feedback, and technical work you can carry into every class after.
All Levels Muay Thai (Technique, Strategy & Application)
This class brings together students of all levels to drill combinations, refine movement, and develop a deeper understanding of how Muay Thai flows. You'll drill with purpose, develop sharper technique, and learn how to make your movement more efficient, precise, and adaptable—no matter your experience level. Whether you're newer or more experienced, you’ll be pushed to improve in a way that fits where you are—and where you want to go.
Pad Work, Drills & Clinch (Repetition, Precision & Control)
Sharpen your striking with focused pad rounds, clean mechanics, and feedback that helps you improve each rep. We drill timing, setups, positioning, and defensive movements, including how to block, evade, and counter effectively. You'll not only learn to strike with power but also how to defend against your opponent's attacks and control the pace of the fight. You’ll also develop your clinch game—learning how to control, off-balance, and position your opponent in close quarters, while refining your defensive skills to defend and counter in the clinch. Every session builds both offensive and defensive habits, ensuring you're equipped to handle any situation in the ring with confidence.
Sparring (Application, Fight IQ & Adaptability)
Sparring is where everything comes together. These sessions are structured and coached, with intentional partner pairings and a focus on learning—not just getting rounds in. You’ll work on applying your skills under pressure, reading your partner, and building real fight IQ. Whether you’re preparing to compete or just want to see how your technique holds up, sparring helps you grow through experience and use your tools with intention.

Fight Team members train at a higher intensity, with a focus on fight prep, advanced strategy, and sharpening performance. We’re intentional with how we develop fighters—technique, conditioning, strategy, and mindset all matter here.
