We’re a small gym built from the ground up, and we take a lot of pride in the community we’ve created here. Our kids’ and teens’ programs are all about helping students grow—not just in martial arts, but in confidence, focus, and how they carry themselves in everyday life.
We blend thoughtful guidance with an energetic atmosphere, making sure every student feels valued, engaged, and pushed to grow in ways that are appropriate for their age and experience. in ways that are appropriate for their age and experience. Students are encouraged when they try, recognized when they improve, and held accountable when they need a push—always in a way that’s positive, respectful, and clear.
Programs We Offer:
Little King Khongs (Ages 3–5)
Our youngest students train in a program that introduces them to the same core skills taught in our Kids MMA classes—like striking, grappling, footwork, and body control—but in a way that fits their age, energy level, and attention span.
Classes are lively and intentionally paced, helping kids develop foundational technique, confidence, and a strong sense of body control. Our instructors are hands-on, guiding students through exercises and games that keep them moving and learning with purpose.
This program also emphasizes respect—both on and off the mats. Students begin to understand what it means to respect their instructors, teammates, and training space—lessons that carry over into how they treat parents, teachers, and peers.
In addition to drills and movement practice, students participate in controlled rolling, where they begin to develop timing, control, and awareness in a safe, encouraging environment. For those who continue, this program lays the groundwork to move into more advanced training—and eventually, competition, if they choose to pursue it.
Kids Muay Thai (Ages 6–12)
Our Kids Muay Thai program teaches striking with structure, precision, and strong technical foundations. Rooted in authentic, traditional Muay Thai and adapted for young students, this class delivers real training in a format that’s both disciplined and approachable.
Students develop balance, timing, footwork, and how to strike with control and purpose. Classes include structured pad rounds, partner drills, technique-based combinations, and movement work to help students understand how to apply what they’re learning. They sharpen mechanics, improve coordination, and build confidence—while staying active and engaged.
While classes are fun and energetic, they’re designed with intention—reinforcing habits that help students progress over time. As they grow, they’re encouraged to challenge themselves, stay focused, and show respect to their training partners and instructors. Whether they’re here to stay active, build skill, or prepare for competition, they’ll leave stronger, sharper, and ready for what’s next.
Kids MMA (Ages 6–12)
A well-rounded program that includes Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, Wrestling, and Taekwondo. Students train in both gi and no-gi, with classes rotating between striking and grappling.
Many of our students transition into this program after completing Little King Khongs, building on their foundation as they take on more advanced training. Others begin here if they’re the right age and ready to get started. No matter their path, our instructors guide each student with hands-on support and age-appropriate coaching to help them grow.
This is a very hands-on program where students train in striking and grappling across all listed disciplines. They practice positional work, technique application, and situational rolling with and without the gi—building real-time awareness, control, and adaptability. Each session is structured to help students develop technical skills across multiple martial arts, with coaching that meets them where they’re at and pushes them to grow.
As they develop their technique, students also learn the value of discipline, focus, and showing respect—lessons that apply both on the mats and in everyday life. Whether they’re training for fun, personal progress, or preparing to compete, this program gives students the tools to succeed.
Teens MMA (Ages 13+)
Our Teens MMA program is where students start taking more ownership of their training. It’s built for those ready to challenge themselves with deeper instruction, more live application, and a faster pace. Whether they’re continuing from our Kids MMA program or starting fresh, teens are coached with a higher level of intensity, expectation, and personal accountability.
Training blends technique with mindset. Students sharpen their timing, develop situational control, and apply what they’ve learned in real time under pressure. Classes rotate between striking and grappling and include Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, and Taekwondo—taught in both gi and no-gi formats.
This program is active, challenging, and grounded in structure. Through live drills, technical instruction, and partner work, students learn how to stay focused under pressure, show respect to their teammates, and take ownership of their progress. As they mature, they’re coached to train with intention and clarity—developing discipline and mindset that carry beyond the mats and into everyday life.
